Barnsley League Teams - Divisions Two and Three
We have two teams in the Barnsley League playing home games on Thursday with a 7-00pm start on 3 courts at Dewsbury Sports Centre. Each team comprises of the 6 strongest members of either sex playing the best of 3 all to 21 pts again using the rally point system. Ties in the 3rd end at 20 all are decided when a pair gains a 2 pt advantage or is the first to reach 30 pts. Each player plays 3 opposition pairs without changing partners. The league has decided that all teams shall use tournament standard feathers at all matches.
There will be two spare courts available for social play on most Thursdays and four courts when there is no match.

Huddersfield
League Teams - Mixed Division One
We also have a Mixed team playing in Division for the first time. Good luck - they'll need it! The team plays at home on Thursdays and consists of 3 ladies and 3 men who play two mens, 2 ladies and a mixed set starting on two courts playing the best of 3 games to 21 pts using the Rally point system of scoring. Ties in all 3 ends are decided when a pair gains a 2 pt advantage after 20 pts or is the first team to reach 30 pts.
